Bartender

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bartenders are responsible for a variety of public facing and frontline tasks within the retail and recreational areas of the Catawba Riverkeeper organization at The River Room, The Boathouse, and Confluence. Tasks include, but are not limited to, providing top tier customer service to our guests and participants, providing information, education, and insight about the area and the connection to Catawba Riverkeeper at our retail locations, and ensuring quick and seamless point of sale transactions for retail items, food and beverage, and recreational rentals like bikes, kayaks and other equipment. There will be cross-over opportunities to support the kayak rental program.   

• Hours: 15-25 hours/week (Wednesdays-Sundays + special events)
• Compensation: $12/hour + tips!
